How to Deal With Tendinitis

Rest the area, if at all possible. Try to take a few days off. If you can't do that, explain to your boss your situation and see if he/she will be generous enough to let you have frequent breaks.

Soak in a hot bath to try to lessen the pain. Soak as often as necessary. Make sure you do it before and after stressful activities.

Apply a heating pad to the area. You could also try using an ice pack to help with the pain.

Try pain medicine to help you with the pain. Any pain medicine would be good. Prop the hurt area up on pillows. It will help with the swelling.

5.

Stretch the area. I recommend some theraputic yoga.
